Ankur has extensive experience in handling disputes in various courts and tribunals on matters relating to company law, civil law, arbitration law, contractual issues and consumer disputes. He is an expert in handling commercial arbitration at both domestic and international forums. Further, he also has significant experience in aviation law, construction disputes, M&A, JV Agreements, Business Transfer Agreements and Investment Agreements.

His other areas of practice include dispute resolution in the fields of Real Estate, Property Development, Leases, Licenses and Conveyance. He represents both domestic and international clients in a variety of high-value, complex and fact-intensive disputes.

A versatile litigator in practice since 2005 in litigation, corporate consultancy, arbitration, Jatin has established an impeccable reputation in the field of dispute resolution. His areas of focus are criminal and civil litigation. Jatin also regularly advises multinational corporate on high profile commercial disputes relating to fraud and white collar crimes, management disputes, employment related matters etc.

Jatin regularly appears before the respective state High Courts and the Supreme Court of India. He also handles various district courts, regulatory bodies and tribunals. He has represented several clients including corporate, private equity funds, real estate developers, government companies, film production companies and individuals in matters pertaining to disputes arising out of corporate and commercial transactions, government contracts, shareholders agreements, real estate transactions, government policies etc., in domestic and international arbitrations and mediations across several jurisdictions. A major part of his experience involves disputes that cut across multiple sectors. He is persistently focused on helping clients reduce litigation risk.
